Refund Policy.

PSI may cancel any program at any time for any reason, including without limitation if it’s deemed the number of participants signed up for a given program to be insufficient to operate such sufficiently.  Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the schedule as it has been published; however, the final schedule may vary due to factors beyond PSI’s control, including weather hazards.  


If a PSI program is cancelled, PSI’s liability is limited to a full refund of your deposits, and will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances.  


If for reasons beyond PSI’s control, a program in progress must be interrupted or cancelled, in good faith a consideration will be made to refund a portion of the program price depending on actual costs incurred compared to the program as originally contemplated and/or reschedule another session.


Cancellation/Removal from Program Policy:

  1. Non-attendance by a participant does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.
  2. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to
  3. PSI has the right to treat each case individually based on the terms of the request.  If a participant is unable to continue the program after the program start date, PSI will treat each case individually and has the right to refuse refund given insufficient reasoning.
  4. Players not abiding by PSI’s Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations will be removed from the program. 
  5. Refunds if applicable, will be paid out within 4 weeks.


Injury Policy: Credits offered for serious injuries:

  1. In order for an injury credit to be applied, you must email with the injury report form, at the time of the injury to record the injury start date.
  2. Injury credit will only be applied for serious injuries lasting longer than 2 weeks.
  3. Injury credits will be calculated once player returns to the program with return to play form. Credit can be applied to future programs.
